Please consider building functionality to allow a KPI to have a different Target value in each time period. We very commonly have a target ramping up through the year or changing part way through a year based upon how and when an initiative will be implemented. By having a single target value I find that many KPIs show a red status for much of the year when in fact they are in line with plan
