What is Benchmarks?

Benchmarks uses the Wisdom of Crowds to determine average scores of KPIs. If enough members submit benchmark information the community itself will determine average or normal scores , normal targets and measurement frequency for KPIs, without the help of costly consulting.

Why should I participate in benchmarking?

To contribute to the community and because you are curious.

I want to benchmark, what about my privacy?

As we are not interested in single scores; we only interested in the aggregation of scores to determine averages.

What do I see when I submit my benchmark survey?

If you submit a benchmark survey we will provide you with the averages of the member community that also participated in the surveys. This way you will get insight in the scores of your like-minded peers for the KPI for which you submitted information. If you upgrade your account you will have access to all benchmark data of all KPIs, even if you do not submit information.

I submitted benchmark survey, but I seem to be the first, what now?

In this case it is not nice to be the first, but you can be notified when other members provide benchmark information, so it is not a waste of effort; it just takes some more patients.

Can I see benchmark data without submitting surveys?

Yes you can. Purchase access to KPI Benchmark.
