What are benchmark scores?

We use the Wisdom of Crowds to determine average scores of KPIs. Members of the kpilibrary.com community submit benchmark information on which we determine average or normal scores, normal targets and measurement frequency for KPIs, without the help of costly consulting.

How do we collect benchmark scores?

In kpilibrary.com community members submit benchmark surveys, that we use to determine the benchmark scores.

Do we have benchmark score for all KPIs?

What benchmark data do we provide for KPIs?

We offer the following benchmark information: average upper and lower value, average target, average frequency of measurement, and business strategies that the KPI is used for.
