How can I add users?

Your plan comes with a default number of users, if you need more users, simply upgrade to a larger plan or buy more users in your existing plan.

Basic edition = 2 users

Pro edition = 5 users

Full service edition = 10 users

Basic and Pro editions can be extended with additional users. There is no limitation in number of users that can be added.

How do I remove users?

To remove a user, use the following steps:

1. Go to the Team tab
2. Open the user that you would like to delete
3. Use the delete button

What are roles?

Roles determines the access rights of a user. There are 4 roles defined in KPI Dashboard:

Viewer = The viewer will only see the dashboards that are assigned to him/her. Viewer are not allowed to edit dashboards or create new dashboards. The Viewer role is often used if you want to report or share your KPI outcomes. It is possible for administrators to create multiple dashboards and assign dashboards to different viewers. This way you can create "user specific dashboards".

Contributor = A Contributor has viewer rights and is able to contribute to KPI Dashboard by adding measurements for the indicators he/she is an owner. In an indicator definition, you can define an owner of an indicators. The owner will see this KPI in the measurement tab and will be authorized to add new measurements for this indicator. Very often every department will have a Contributor that will be responsible for adding measurements.

Power user = The Power user can see everything and can add indicators, measurements, create and edit dashboards, view all scorecards, access benchmarking data. The Power user is limited in administrative functions such as inviting new team members to join KPI Dashboard and update other profile settings.

Administrator = Administrators have no restrictions
